Project description

Wow… Here's a highly detailed mini version of the famous A-10 to build using lightweight filaments. This project is a collaboration with Joel Vlashof (VJM Aviation) and Wim Aubroeck and has been designed as either a single-seat or two-seat version. This aircraft is powered by just two 40 mm EDFs, which are easy to install… The flight characteristics of this mini-jet are simply breathtaking and scale-like.

Special printing recommendations LW-ASA

Most of the components of the jets sold here are designed and optimized for stable, lightweight construction using LW-ASA. Since this foaming filament requires specific parameters for successful printing, which vary from printer to printer and slicer to slicer, you should conduct your own test prints beforehand. You can find many tutorials and tips on this topic online and on YouTube.

The basic default settings we use with a Bambu Lab X1C and Bambu Studio as slicers are listed here.
