Revocation provisions for digital content (e.g. downloads)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us -. RC-Jetprint, Uhlandstr. 42, 32105 Bad Salzuflen, E-Mail: info@RC-Jetprint.de by means of a clear statement (e. g. a letter sent by mail or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. In return, the revoking party is obliged to destroy all acquired digital files on their data carriers without exception.

Please note
The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have commenced performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that by consenting you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract.
